Belotero

If you want to improve your appearance, but want to maintain a natural look that still looks like YOU, than Belotero could be the treatment you need.

Belotero is a dermal filler that works into your skin and adapts to mold to the facial features and contours that make you distinct.

By adapting to your skin, Belotero can better soften wrinkles and lines around your nose and mouth. Results are natural looking. You will still look like yourself – only better!

Contact New England Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center in Weymouth, Mass., today to learn how Belotero can improve your appearance.

Belotero is effective because it offers unique properties needed for it to work within skin to create even and soft corrections.

Belotero is versatile. It’s strong enough to treat deep areas such as smile lines around your mouth. And it’s gentle enough to deal with more delicate areas, including thin lines that often emerge above your lip line.

Belotero Dermal Filler is made of hyaluronic acid, which also is a natural component of your skin. When it binds with water, Belotero will fill in unwanted folds and wrinkles, providing immediate results you will love.

Our team at New England Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center will discuss your treatment options with you and help you select a plan that is safe and effective – and one that you are comfortable with.

While Belotero is a great treatment for most patients, some people should not use it, including:

  • Anyone with a history of severe allergies.
  • Patients who are allergic to some bacterial proteins.

Our professional staff will review your medical history with you to ensure Belotero is safe for you to use.

Are There Risks?

As with all injection treatments, there can be a risk of infection. You should not use Belotero if you suffer from skin inflammation or skin infections.

While Belotero is safe for most, it is recommended that for a day after treatment that patients stay away from:

  • Any strenuous activity or heavy exercise.
  • Extended exposure to the sun.
  • Extended exposure to heat.
  • Aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
  • Alcoholic drinks.

Exposure to these may cause temporary swelling, redness and itching where you received your injection.

Also, be sure to tell the staff at New England Cosmetic if you are on any medicines for blood clotting, including aspirin or warfarin. These medications can increase your risk of bruising or bleeding.

The vast majority of patients who undergo Belotero treatments are happy with the results they achieve and suffer no harmful side effects.

Belotero’s benefits are many. It enhances, lifts and contours your face, all without the need for surgery and the cost and recovery time surgery can bring.

At New England Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center, Dr. John B. Lazor and our team customize injections to suit your needs.

Treatments typically take about a half hour to complete and you will see results almost immediately. Most patients return to work the same day. And the benefits of Belotero are long-lasting. Typically, results last six to nine months.

Our team will recommend follow-up treatments to maintain your look, as needed.

For a non-surgical option to enhance your appearance and take years off your face, contact New England Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center today to learn how Belotero can change your life for the better!
